Founded in 2018, KD Guest House was born out of a passion for travel and a desire to create a welcoming and memorable experience for guests. Since then, we've hosted visitors from all over the world, and we're proud to be considered one of the top guest houses in the area.

Our goal is to achieve SuperHost status and maintain a 5-star rating across our portfolio of rentals. To accomplish this, we focus on exceptional cleanliness, high-quality amenities, and responsive communication. We believe that by creating beautiful spaces with impeccable service, we can turn guests into lifelong customers.

We install Ring video cameras at every entrance and in common areas to ensure 24/7 surveillance and security.
Inside each unit, we've also fitted noise detection devices that send alerts to our local on-site support team if the noise exceeds a certain decibel level.
All doors are equipped with smart locks, generating unique access codes for each guest. These codes are deleted upon checkout, ensuring enhanced security and peace of mind.

Our entire cleaning staff is hired directly, not outsourced, which gives us complete control over cleaning standards and ensures consistently high levels of cleanliness after every stay.
